The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "M/o garden area including potted plants, trees and shurbs etc. attached to office building of CGO Complex Longwood, Grand Hotel, Bemloe Phagli Club, Railway Board Building, AG office Kennedy Cottage, Kamna Devi Kaithu and Summer hill at Shimla (HP) under Horticulture Sub-Division Shimla (HP) during 2025-26 SH:- Providing & planting of winter seasonal plants." This horticulture and development work, NIT/RFP NO 42/DD(H)/HDC/CHD/2025-26, is estimated to cost INR 6,50,090 with a time allowance of 4 months for completion. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is INR 13,002 payable via DD, FDR, or CDR in favor of Executive Engineer, Division-II, CPWD, Shimla (HP).
