The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "RMO Fire Alarm Fire Fighting System, DG Set, UPS, EPBAX system and Central Heating Plant at Gorton Castle Building Shimla (HP). (SH:- Supplying Fixing of mist type (Water mist / foam mist) fire extinguisher 55 smart TV and Refilling of existing fire CO2 ABC type fire extinguisher in AG Office)." The project, classified as Composite Electrical Works, is estimated to cost ₹3,76,175 with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹7,524, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of EE(E)/ShCED/CPWD/2025-26. Interested bidders must possess a valid CPWD enlistment order in the appropriate class for composite categories and are required to submit mandatory documents including an Insurance Surety Bond/ Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee against EMD, copy of the original EMD deposition receipt, GST Registration Certificate (or undertaking), Valid Electrical contractor licence OR undertaking and ERP training certificate from any CPWD Regional Training Institute (RTIs).
