The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of constructing an office building and residential quarters, specifically Type-II (02 Nos.) and Type-III (01 No.) within the OCR Complex for the Special Intelligence Bureau (SIB) at Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, including Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) services. This tender also includes the sub-work of providing an inspection vehicle for the Executive Engineer (Civil), Madhopur Division, CPWD, Madhopur (Punjab) during the period of 2025-26. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 5,79,993 (Five Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Three Rupees), with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 11,600 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Chandigarh - SE Shimla - EE-Madhopur - AE-C-4. Mandatory documents required include Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee against EMD, a valid CPWD enlistment order, proof of EMD deposition, GST registration certificate, ERP training certificate, and other documents as per the NIT. The Time allowed for this project is 7 months.
