Work Description - M/r To Dpra At Longwood Shimla During 2025-26. (sh: Repair/replacement Of Damaged Roofing, Gutter, Down Pipes And Other Related Works At Longwood 11,12 & 13).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the Maintenance/Repair work to DPRA at Longwood Shimla during 2025-26. This encompasses Repair/replacement of damaged roofing, gutter, down pipes and other related works at Longwood 11, 12 & 13. NIT/RFP NO is 251/2025-26/EE-1/AE-1/Shimla with an estimated cost of ₹73,65,096. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹1,47,302, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer, Shimla Division-1, CPWD, Shimla. The time allowed for the execution of the work is 120 days. Key dates include the document download end date and bid submission end date, both falling on January 6, 2026, at 05:00 PM, and the bid opening date on the same day at 05:30 PM. Mandatory documents include Valid Enlistment Order of the CPWD registered Contractor in appropriate class of composite (B and R) category, Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee issued by a Commercial Bank, against EMD, Copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including NIT issuing EE), Certificate of Registration for GST (if applicable), and a Valid Certificate of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training for enlisted contractors.
