Sh: Providing Services Of Sewerman, Plumber, Mason, Carpenter And Beldar For Day To Day Maintenance Works.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of Residential & Non-Residential Buildings (GPOA) in Gorton Castle Building, SIB Dormer Building & Dormer Quarter (T-I, 14 Nos) under GHQ Section, Shimla dg. 2026-27. The scope of work includes providing the services of a Sewerman, Plumber, Mason, Carpenter and Beldar for day-to-day maintenance works. Estimated cost of the project is ₹ 19,88,532, and the time allowed for completion is 8 months. Tender documents can be downloaded from 21-May-2026 04:54 PM until 29-May-2026 03:00 PM. Valid Enlistment Order of the CPWD registered Contractor in appropriate class of composite B and R category, Insurance Surety Bonds/ Account Payee Demand Draft/ Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee as prescribed issued by a Commercial Bank against EMD, Copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to division office of any Executive Engineer CPWD including NIT issuing EE, Certificate of Registration for GST, Copy of Compulsory ERP training certificate from any CPWD Regional Training Institute, and Any other document as per NIT are mandatory.
