The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of non-residential buildings of the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS) at Shimla during 2025-26. This short notice tender, NIT/RFP NO 284/2025-26/EE-I/AE-I/Shimla, specifically addresses the repair of damaged sewer line manholes with septic tanks and related miscellaneous works at the SunView Cafe and locations within the IIAS Campus. The estimated cost of the work is ₹7,90,417, and the time allowed for completion is 60 days.
