Work Description - A/r And M/o To Gpra At Prospect Hill And Summer Hill & A.g Pool Colony At Summer Hill Shimla During 2026-27. Sh: Attending Major And Periodical Complaints And Other Various Maintenance Related Works.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its inviting authority AE-C-4, located at Office of Executive Engineer-1, CPWD, Kennedy Cottage Shimla-171004, is inviting open tenders for the significant work titled "A/R and M/O to GPRA at Prospect Hill and Summer Hill & A.G Pool Colony at Summer Hill Shimla during 2026-27. SH: Attending major and periodical complaints and other various maintenance related works." This essential maintenance project, categorized under CIVIL and COMPOSITE works, has an estimated cost of ₹ 25,14,349 (Twenty Five Lakh Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Nine Rupees) and a time allowance of 120 days for completion.
