The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of "M/R to DPRA Bemloe, Park Area & Chotta Shimla during 2025-26. SH: Repair/renovation and upgradation of Type-V Bunglow, Park-9A at Park Area Khalini, Shimla (H.P.) (Short Notice)". The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 66,36,457 and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹ 1,32,729, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, Shimla Division-1, CPWD, Shimla, through DD, FDR, BC, or BG. Bids must be submitted electronically from 30-Jan-2026 (07:54 PM) to 03-Feb-2026 (05:00 PM), with the bid opening scheduled for 03-Feb-2026 (05:30 PM). Key mandatory documents for submission include Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee issued by a Commercial Bank, against EMD, a Valid Enlistment Order of the CPWD registered Contractor in appropriate class of composite (B and R) category, Copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including NIT issuing EE),Certificate of Registration for GST, If already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable and Valid Certificate of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training for enlisted contractors issued by the competent office/authority.
