The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of Residential Quarters (GPRA) at Kaithu and the Railway Board Building under the RBB Section, Shimla, during 2025-26. This project encompasses providing essential services, including sewermen, plumbers, masons, security guards, and beldars, for day-to-day maintenance works. The estimated cost of the work is ₹25,55,836 and the time allowed for completion is 6 months. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹51,117 in the form of DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer II CPWD Shimla.
