Work Description - Development Of Permanent Campus Of Iim Sirmaur At Dhaula Kuan, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the comprehensive "Development of permanent campus of IIM Sirmaur at Dhaula Kuan, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh." This critical undertaking, identified by NIT/RFP NO: 03/SE cum PD/IIM Sirmaur/2026-27, primarily involves extensive Electrical and Maintenance Works, categorised as COMPOSITE. The estimated cost for this project is ₹ 1,18,17,596 (One Crore Eighteen Lakh Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety Six Rupees), with a stipulated completion period of 6 months. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 2,36,352, payable to the Executive Engineer & Senior Manager (C) Sirmour-1, CPWD, Dhaula Kuan, Sirmour (H.P.) via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG.
