The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Running, Operation and Management of Cafeteria including Dinning services at Grand Hotel, Shimla (H.P.) a Holiday Home for Central Government employees." Tender reference number is 43/2025-26/EE-1/AE-II/Shimla. This is an item rate based tender for a period of 12 months. Mandatory documents for eligibility include: Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee issued by a Commercial Bank, a valid FSSAI Certificate/license valid for at least one year from the bid opening date, GST registration certificate (or undertaking if not obtained), receipt of original EMD deposition, Average Annual Turnover certificate during the last three years, Average Annual turnover on restaurant/cafeteria related services during last three years ,and a Net Worth Certificate for Rs 20,00,000. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Executive Engineer, Shimla Division 1, CPWD, Shimla, Kennedy Cottage, Shimla on 30th May 2025 at 12:00.
