The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair & Maintenance of GPRA for the year 2025-26, specifically for Pest Controlling Activity and anti-termite treatment at GPOA, GPRA, and the Holiday Home in Digha, Patna. This maintenance work, classified under CIVIL category, has an estimated cost of ₹ 5,59,559 and is to be completed within 11 months. Department, Certificate of ERP Training through any of the CPWD Regional Training Institutes (RTIs) or through the National CPWD Academy (NCA) Gaziabad or through other special training arranged by ERP unit at CPWD, and work experience as per Sl.
