The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Development of permanent campus of IIM Sirmaur at Dhaula Kuan, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh" with NIT NO `01/EE&SM(E)/IIM Sirmaur/2026-27`. This composite work, valued at an estimated ₹5,26,860, encompasses construction/repair of chamber covers, earthing work, and DWC work, among other electrical works and is to be completed within 45 days. Critically, this work is to be executed on a Risk & Cost basis, related to the agreement No. - 02 / EE&SM (C) Sirmour-1 /2020-21 & Supplementary Agreement NO. - 01/EESM(E) Nahan-1/2024-25 awarded to M/s KCPL, and all expenditures will be recovered from them. Bidders must submit an EMD of ₹10,537, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer & Senior Manager (C) Sirmour-1, CPWD, Dhaula kuan, Sirmour (H.P.) via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG.
