E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "CA NO. GE AF NO.1/GUR-57/2025-26 REPAIR MAINT OF VOLTAGE STABILIZER, EM EQPT AND MISC REAIR MAINT OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SERVICES IN 16 BRD OF TECH AREA AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN PALAM UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO-1." This is a works contract with a tender value of ₹30,00,000. The tender documents can be downloaded from August 14, 2025, 04:00 PM until September 04, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between August 28, 2025, 12:00 PM and September 04, 2025, 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for September 06, 2025, at 09:00 AM at the office of GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1, Near Atul Kataria Chowk, Gurgaon-122005. A fixed EMD of ₹60,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1 at Gurgaon, with exemption allowed through BG/ST or EMD exemption certificate. A tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1 at Gurgaon, and is non-exemptible. The period of work is 180 days and the bid validity is 60 days. Required documents include scanned copies of the application, cost of tender DD/BC, enlistment letter (if applicable), EPF & GST registration, documents meeting MES enlistment criteria (for unenlisted contractors), an affidavit for no outstanding recovery in any Govt. Dept., list of running works, BOQ, NIT, and the tender document itself. Payment can be made via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft.
