The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1, invites open tenders for "CA NO. GE AF NO.1/GUR-54/2025-26 REPAIR TO GI AND SANITARY WORKS, RAIN WATER PIPE, MS RAILING, MS LADDER IN SHAFTS, PLASTERING AND OTHER ASSOCIATED WORKS IN THE AREA OF 13 BRD AND 16 BRD AT AF STN PALAM UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO - 1.". This is an item rate contract for miscellaneous works, valued at ₹45,00,000 with a period of work of 180 days. Tender documents can be downloaded from 12-Aug-2025 10:00 AM to 02-Sep-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 26-Aug-2025 12:00 PM and 02-Sep-2025 06:00 PM, and will be opened on 04-Sep-2025 at 12:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1 at Gurgaon, with exemption allowed through BG/ST.
