E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the work "CA NO. GE AF NO.1/GUR-58/2025-26 REPAIR TO LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE FROM SUNKEN SLAB, SANITARY PIPE AND FITTING AND POST CONSTRUCTION ATT UNDER PLINTH PROTECTION IN THE AREA OF 13 BRD AND 16 BRD AT AF STN PALAM UNDER GE (AF) GUGAON NO1". The estimated tender value is ₹40,00,000 with a work period of 270 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1, and the tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1. Bids must be submitted from 28-Aug-2025 12:00 PM to 04-Sep-2025 06:00 PM, and the bid opening date is 06-Sep-2025 12:00 PM at the office of GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1, Near Atul Kataria Chowk, Gurgaon-122005. This is an item rate contract, and a validity of 60 days from bid opening is required. Prospective bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents in two covers as per NIT, including application, cost of tender DD/BC, enlistment letter, EPF & GST registration, relevant documentation for un-enlisted contractors if applicable, list of running works and BOQ.
