The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, acting through the Garrison Engineer Chandimandir, invites open tenders for the work described as CA NO. GE/CHM-103/2025-2026, involving the repair, replacement, maintenance, and cleaning of sewage lines and manholes in Sector A, Pine Marg, Joshi Enclave, Sunrise Coloney FAFA (SEC A), and OTM ACCN under AGE B/R-I at Chandimandir. This is an item rate contract with a tender value of ₹25,00,000 and a work period of 330 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000 is required, payable to the Garrison Engineer at Chandimandir, with options for EMD exemption or submission through BG/ST. Interested parties must submit a tender fee of ₹500, payable to the Garrison Engineer at Chandimandir, via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. The tender document can be downloaded starting January 6, 2026, at 6:00 PM and must be submitted by January 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for January 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM at GE Chandimandir. Tenderers must submit documents including a scanned copy of the application, DD/BC for the tender fee, enlistment letter in MES, GST registration, and additional documents based on their enlistment status as detailed in the tender document. The bid validity is 60 days.
