Work Description - Replacement Of Pumping Machinery, Electrical And Mechanical Equipment

The Haryana Government, through its Tender Inviting Authority Mr. Sandeep Kumar from Rohtak PHED No. 2, invites bids from eligible and experienced contractors for an open tender concerning the "Replacement of Pumping Machinery, Electrical and Mechanical Equipment" at Sampla. Bidders must follow a two-cover submission system: Cover 1 will include Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents such as enlistment, HEW ID, and all other documents as per the approved Invitation to Bid (ITB) in .pdf format, while Cover 2 will contain the Financial Bill of Quantity (BOQ) in .xls format. All submitted bids will maintain a validity period of 120 days from the bid opening date.
