Work Description - Internal Clearance And Jungle Clearance Of Naina Minor Between Reach Rd. 0 To 10400 Before Rabi Season 2025-26.

The Haryana Government, through the Pundri W.S Divn. Kaithal, invites open tenders for internal and jungle clearance of the Naina Minor canal between reach RD. 0 to 10400, scheduled for completion before the Rabi Season 2025-26. The estimated tender value is ₹63,131 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,263, calculated as 2.0% of the tender value. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,680 is applicable. The tender documents, including the BOQ, must be submitted online in two covers, with the first cover containing EMD, tender fee, processing fee, affidavit, HEWP registration and other relevant technical documents, and the second cover containing the signed BID and BOQ. The deadline for document download and bid submission is January 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with the bid opening scheduled for January 27, 2026, at 10:30 AM. The period of work is 25 days and bid validity is 120 days. Tenderers should note that multi-currency options are not allowed, and EMD exemption is permitted.
