Work Description - Selection Of Agency For Door-to-door Collection, Segregation Of Municipal Solid Waste From Each Establishment And Transportation To The Processing Site For East Zone Of Municipal Corporation Faridabad (mcf)

The Haryana Government, through the Executive Engineer of the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad, invites sealed online bids from eligible and qualified agencies for the "Selection of agency for Door-to-Door collection, segregation of Municipal solid waste from each establishment and transportation to the processing site for East zone of Municipal Corporation Faridabad (MCF)". This is an Open Tender (Tender Reference Number: MCF/2026/D2D/EAST) for a significant works contract with an estimated value of ₹ 4,15,37,00,000 (Four Hundred Fifteen Crore Thirty-Seven Lakh Only) and a project duration of 1825 days. The successful agency will be responsible for comprehensive solid waste management services in the designated East Zone. The technical bids will be opened on 13-Jul-2026 at 05:00 PM in Faridabad. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 25,000, along with a Processing Fee of ₹ 1,000 (total ₹ 26,000), is required, with an exemption option available. Bidders must also submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 8,30,74,000 (Eight Crore Thirty Lakh Seventy-Four Thousand Only), which represents 2.0% of the estimated tender value, with EMD exemption also allowed for eligible categories.
