Work Description - Tender For The Selection Of Service Provider To Provide, Establish,&amp#x0d Install, Manage And Operate Paediatric Tele-icu Services Along With Hub Management In Fy 2025-26 In 6 Facilities In 5 Districts Of Haryana.

The Managing Director, HMSCL, on behalf of the Haryana Board Corporation, a State Government undertaking, hereby invites eligible service providers to participate in an Open Tender (Reference Number: 3/3-HMSCL-567-H/ Tend. /2025-26). This tender seeks the selection of a qualified service provider for the comprehensive provision, establishment, installation, management, and operation of Paediatric Tele-ICU services, including Hub management, for the Financial Year 2025-26. The services are required across six facilities located in five districts of Haryana. The scope of work, categorised under Miscellaneous Services, involves an estimated contract value of ₹ 4,35,48,000. The contract will be based on an Item-rate/Agreement basic form, structured as an Empanelment, with a work period of 60 days. Bidders are expected to provide services crucial for enhancing paediatric critical care through telemedicine. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹ 6,180 (comprising ₹ 5,000 tender fee and ₹ 1,180 processing fee including GST) is applicable, though Tender Fee Exemption is allowed for eligible bidders. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 8,70,000 is also required, with EMD exemption through BG/ST being permissible. The bidding process involves a two-cover system, requiring separate submissions for Technical and Financial Bids. All bids will maintain a validity period of 180 days from the bid opening date.
