The Haryana Government, through M.C. Karnal, invites open tenders for engaging an Independent Expert as the Independent Assessment Agency (IAA) for a Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) processing project. The IAA will assist M.C. Karnal in supervising the Operation and Maintenance of the project.
