Engineers India Limited, on behalf of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG), is pleased to invite bids for the supply of exotic pipes required for the Bina Petchem and Refinery Expansion Project (BPREP). This limited tender, identified by Tender Reference Number SPN/B933-000-WA-MR-3242/215 PIPE-EXOTIC and Tender ID 2026_EIL_917017_1, seeks qualified suppliers for this critical component of the expansion project. Bids can be submitted from July 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM until August 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for August 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM. There are no tender fees or EMD required for this procurement. The period of work is stipulated at 180 days, with a bid validity of 120 days.
