The Garrison Engineer (U), Chandimandir (Pin-134107), operating under the E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (Reference Number: GE(U)/CHM-22/2026-27) for comprehensive repair and renovation works. This significant Civil Works project, estimated at ₹45,00,000 (Rupees Forty-Five Lakhs Only), involves CERT repair, joinery, flooring, wall tiling, false ceiling, and wall paneling across various medical wards and administrative blocks including the Eye Ward, Skin Ward, Old CMDC, Medical Store, Psychiatry Ward, Laboratory, Sample Room, Paediatric Ward, ENT/Eye OPD, Administration Block, NICU, Officers Family Ward, and QM Complex on the Ground and First Floors of CH and CMDC under GE(U)CHM. The contract will be awarded on an Item Rate basis, with a stipulated period of completion of 240 days from the date of commencement. Interested bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only), payable to GE (U) Chandimandir at Chandimandir, and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only), also payable to GE (U) Chandimandir at Chandimandir.
