The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Garrison Engineer Chandimandir, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: GE/CHM-85/2025-2026) for the "REPAIR / MAINT OF WOODEN AND STEEL JOINERY OF JCOS / OR MD ACCN AT SECTOR D UNDER AGE B/R I AT CHANDIMANDIR." This critical civil works project, valued at an estimated ₹49,00,000 (Forty-Nine Lakhs), will be executed on an Item Rate contract basis with a stipulated completion period of 180 days at Chandimandir, Panchkula, Haryana. Prospective bidders are required to pay a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹98,000, both payable to the Garrison Engineer at Chandimandir. EMD submission through Bank Guarantee/Surety Bond or exemption is permissible. Payment for both the tender fee and EMD can be made via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Bid submission will open on 24-Jun-2026 at 06:00 PM and conclude along with the document download period on 29-Jun-2026 at 06:00 PM. The technical bids are scheduled to be opened on 01-Jul-2026 at 11:00 AM at the GE Chandimandir office. The bidding process involves a two-cover system. Cover 1 ("Fee/PreQual/Technical") requires submission of documents such as a scanned copy of the application on the firm's letterhead, scanned copy of the Tender Fee Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque, MES enlistment letter and GST registration certificate (for enlisted firms), or comprehensive documentation meeting enlistment criteria, an undertaking for no recovery, and a bid securing declaration (for unenlisted firms), along with the EMD if applicable.
