The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Assistant Engineer (AE-E-1) of FESD-I, Faridabad, invites open percentage bids from eligible "NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR" category firms for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of a 320 KVA Kirloskar make DG set located at the Old & New CGO Complex NH-IV, Faridabad. This critical electrical works project, identified by NIT/RFP No. 64/AE(E)-I/FESD/2026-27 and Tender ID 162107, has an estimated cost of ₹2,09,869 and requires a work completion period of 12 months. A refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,197 is mandatory, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favour of "Lucknow - CE -NCR - EE(E) -Faridabad - AE-E-1," with no tender fee applicable.
