The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the comprehensive Planning, Design, and Construction of Residential Quarters and a Community Hall/Multipurpose Hall on an EPC basis for EPFO at Sector 9, Gurugram, Haryana. This composite project includes the construction of 155 residential units (Type-III: 140, Type-IV: 12, Type-V: 02, Type-VI: 01), a community hall/multipurpose hall, and basement car parking, encompassing internal water supply, sanitary installation, internal and external electrical installation, and all associated development work. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,05,51,52,334 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,15,51,523, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer & Senior Manager (C), Faridabad Project Division, CPWD. The project must be completed within a timeline of 24 months. Key dates include a document download and bid submission deadline of July 15, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of July 15, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
