The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the redevelopment of the EPFO campus at Borivali, Mumbai. This comprehensive project encompasses the planning, designing, and construction of 301 residential quarters, including Type-III (256 units), Type-IV-S (28 units), Type-V (15 units), Type-VI (2 units), and guest houses, featuring a tower with 3 Basements - Ground Floor - 35 Floors including 3 Podium and another building (G+4) structure. The scope of work encompasses all civil, electrical & mechanical services, horticulture, and development work to be executed on an Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-I basis. The estimated cost of the project is ₹3,37,06,47,673 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,47,06,476, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, MCD II, CPWD, Mumbai. Key dates include a document download and bid submission deadline of July 11, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of July 11, 2025, at 03:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Office of CE Mumbai II CPWD. Interested bidders must submit mandatory documents as mentioned in the tender document, including Insurance Surety Bonds, letter of transmittal, copy of EMD deposition receipt, financial turnover information, banker's certificate, details of similar completed works, details of structural system technology, bidding capacity calculation, performance reports, structural stability certificate, GST registration certificate, non-blacklisting affidavit, and ERP training certificate and copy of Type Test Report as per NIT provision.
