Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a prominent Government of India Enterprise operating within the Haryana Telecom Circle, invites competitive bids from eligible and experienced contractors for the significant "OFC Laying /T-119/ 2026-27/Kalanaur BHQ" project.
