Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a Government of India Enterprise under the BSNL Civil Division, is inviting sealed bids through an open tender process for the comprehensive repair, maintenance, and painting work of Quarter Nos. H-74 and H-59 located in the P and T Colony Ghee Godown, Ambala Cantt. This is an item-rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹2,10,013 and a tender fee of ₹590, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,200, which is 2.0% of the tender value. The scope of work encompasses all necessary repairs, general maintenance, and painting to restore these residential quarters to good condition.
