Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), through its Executive Engineer (Civil) of the Civil Division, Gurugram, invites eligible and experienced civil contractors for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 04/EE/BSNL/CD/GRG/2026-27/4th Call).
