Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Public Sector Undertaking, through its inviting authority Jt GM DC CS at TCIL Bhawan Gk1, New Delhi, invites eligible bidders for an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the selection of a Pre-Bid Partner. This Open Tender, referenced as TCIL/ITTIV/299/2026 and Tender ID 2026_TCIL_284349_1, seeks proposals for the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of On-Grid Solar Rooftop Power Plants at various offices and other non-residential buildings located in Kandla and Gandhidham, Gujrat.
