The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) invites open tenders for consultancy services as Authority's Engineer for the supervision of the construction of a 4-lane section with PS Idar-Badoli bypass from Design chainage km 81.300 to 95.500 of NH-168G in Gujarat, totaling 14.2 km, executed on EPC mode. This project, referenced as RW- AE -2025-26-NH-168G-Pkg-II, involves providing expert consultancy during the construction phase. The tender documents, including the Request for Proposal (RFP) and BOQ, are available for download from June 27, 2025, 05:00 PM until August 11, 2025, 03:00 PM. Interested bidders must submit their bids online between July 18, 2025, 12:00 PM and August 11, 2025, 03:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Regional Office, Gandhinagar on July 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for August 12, 2025, at 03:00 PM at the MoRTH Regional Office, Gandhinagar. A tender fee of ₹5,000 is payable offline through Bharatkosh to MoRTH. No EMD is required. Bidders must submit a technical bid (Cover 1) which includes proof of tender fee payment and required tender documents as per the RFP and a financial bid (Cover 2). The period of work is 730 days and the bid validity is 120 days.
