Work Description - Petty Repairs / Maint / Replacement Of Fittings And Fixtures, Dbs, Submain Wirings, Electric Geysers, Solar Water Heaters And Other Electric Works At Nausena Bagh, Nofra, Nae, Inas And E/m Installations Under Ge Navy Porbandar

E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for petty repairs, maintenance, and replacement of fittings and fixtures including DBS, submain wirings, electric geysers, solar water heaters, and other electrical works at Nausena Bagh, NOFRA, NAE, INAS and E/M installations under GE Navy Porbandar. This is an item rate contract. The tender documents can be downloaded from 08-May-2025 to 29-May-2025 until 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online from 22-May-2025 (09:00 AM) to 29-May-2025 (06:00 PM). A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable to Garrison Engineer Navy at Porbandar, with exemptions allowed via BG/ST. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to Garrison Engineer Navy at Porbandar. The bid opening date is scheduled for 31-May-2025 at 10:00 AM at GE Navy Porbandar. Tenderers must submit scanned copies of their Firm Application, DD/Bankers Cheque, Firm Enlistment Letter, EPF&MP Act-1952 Registration Number, GST Registration Number/Certificate, Schedule A (BOQ), and all documents listed in Para 8(B) of the NIT, as applicable for unenlisted contractors.
