The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for electrical and maintenance works, specifically the repairs and replacement of internal electrical components, including DB, submain wiring, flame-proof lighting and fans, LED high bay lights, ceiling fans, desert cooler earthing, and petty repairs for day-to-day maintenance at Old Darjipura, OTM, and technical accommodation at AFS Darjipura, Harni Camp, and surrounding areas. This is an item-rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹40,00,000 and a work completion period of 270 days. A fixed EMD of ₹80,000.00 is required, payable to GE (AF) Baroda, with exemption allowed under certain conditions. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE (AF) Baroda, with exemption allowed as per the NIT. Key dates include a bid submission deadline of October 8, 2025, at 6:00 PM and a bid opening date of October 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
