Comprehensive CCTV Surveillance System Installation and Network Infrastructure Deployment

The Department of Military Affairs, under the Ministry of Defence, is seeking bids for a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system installation. This tender, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7598428, involves the supply and installation of a sophisticated network of 4MP VF 60m IP-based cameras featuring 2.7 to 13.5mm motorized lenses and 2MP resolution with a powerful 45x optical zoom and 300-meter IR capability. The system will be managed by a 16-channel NVR equipped with 2 SATA HDDs supporting up to 20TB each, complemented by a 6TB Surveillance HDD. Network infrastructure will comprise an 8-port PoE switch with 2 SFP ports, 6 Core Armored OFC Cable, CAT6 STP cable, 1.5 sqmm 3-core power cables, 25mm ISI marked PVC pipes, and 32mm HDPE pipes for laying. Essential accessories include Gigabit Duplex SFP modules, an outdoor rack for switches, a 9U network rack, a 1kVA online UPS with 30-minute backup and inbuilt isolation, a 49-inch commercial display TV, LC-LC duplex patch cords, OFC splicing with accessories and JC boxes, RJ45 connectors, and all necessary electrical hardware and accessories such as MCBs, thimbles, DIN rails, power connectors, and switches. Additionally, the tender includes the provision and installation of GI Poles (3 inches, ISI marked) with concrete bases and a 12ft foundation for camera mounting. The total quantity of items to be supplied and installed across the specified location in Kachchh amounts to 9383 units.
