Work Description - Provision Of 01 Approach Road/path And Addition /alteration To Existing Periphery Road Around Type-ii And Type-iii Md Accomodation At Icgs Mundra Under Ge(i) (cg) Gandhinagar

The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the General Engineer (I) (CG) Gandhinagar, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (Reference No. 8209/E8) for "PROVISION OF 01 APPROACH ROAD/PATH AND ADDITION /ALTERATION TO EXISTING PERIPHERY ROAD AROUND TYPE-II AND TYPE-III MD ACCOMMODATION AT ICGS MUNDRA UNDER GE(I) (CG) GANDHINAGAR". This vital civil works project, estimated at ₹43,42,000, is to be completed within 180 days at ICGS Mundra. Interested bidders can download tender documents from June 17, 2026, 06:00 PM, until July 30, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bid submissions commence on July 02, 2026, 06:00 PM, and close on July 30, 2026, 06:00 PM, with bids opening on August 01, 2026, 06:00 PM. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹87,000 are required, both payable to GE (I) CG Gandhinagar at Gandhinagar, with EMD exemption allowed as per terms. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two covers: a Technical cover including required application, EMD/exemption proof, enlistment details (if applicable), EPF, and GST certificates, and a Financial cover containing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
