The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Tender Inviting Authority CWE (AF) BHUJ, located at Khavda Road, Bhuj Kachchh, Pin 370001, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender for the "REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF TRANSFORMER, GODs AND HT SWITCHGEARS AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN NALIYA UNDER GE (AF) NALIYA". This critical electrical and maintenance works project, located in NALIYA, has an estimated Tender Value of ₹35,00,000 and a stipulated Period of Work of 180 days. Interested bidders can download tender documents starting from 07-Jul-2026 05:00 PM until 29-Jul-2026 06:00 PM. The Bid Submission will commence on 22-Jul-2026 05:00 PM and close on 29-Jul-2026 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 01-Aug-2026 11:00 AM at CWE (AF) BHUJ. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,000 are required, both payable to GE (AF) NALIYA at NALIYA, either via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. EMD exemption is allowed as per NIT. This tender operates on an Item Rate contract basis, and bids will have a validity of 60 days. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two covers. The first cover (Fee/PreQual/Technical) must include scanned copies of the application, tender fees, GST No., fresh enlistment letter of the firm, Provident Fund Code Number, EMD/exemption certificate, details of previous works as per NIT format, and a valid Electrical License or application made with the State Government. The second cover (Finance) must contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in .xls format.
