The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE Navy Porbandar, invites open tenders for the "REPAIRING TO WOODEN ITEMS OF TABLES, CHAIRS, TEAPOYS, SOFA SETS, ALMIRAHS, CHARPOYS, BEDSAND RACK ETC AT VARIOUS OTM AND MD ACCN OF INS SARDAR PATEL, NAE, NOFRA AND NAUSENA BAGH" under Tender Reference Number 9352/PBR/E8. This is a Works tender with a contract form of Item Rate. The document download and bid submission start on April 4th, 2026, at 12:00 PM and end on April 25th, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on April 27th, 2026, at 10:00 AM at GE Navy Porbandar, Tija Mile Porbandar. The tender fee is ₹500, payable to Garrison Engineer Navy at Porbandar and non-refundable. The successful contractor will have 270 days to complete the work. Bidders must submit scanned copies of their firm application, DD/Banker's Cheque, firm enlistment letter, EPFMP Act-1952 registration, GST registration, documents listed in Para 8(B) of NIT, and the Schedule A List of Items of work/BOQ in two separate covers as per the tender document.
