The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through its Tender Inviting Authority GE NAVY PORBANDAR (Tija Mile Porbandar), invites open tenders for the crucial work of "ADDITION AND ALTERATION OF EXISTING HANGAR DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT INAS 314 HANGAR P-24/1 AND MET OFFICE (P-102) FOR INSTALLATION OF ELECTROLYSIS BASED HYDROGEN GENERATOR AT NAE PORBANDAR UNDER GE NAVY PORBANDAR". This Works category contract, designated by Tender Reference Number 9389/PBR/E8, will be executed on an Item Rate basis with a completion period of 180 days. Prospective bidders can download tender documents from June 24, 2026, 06:00 PM until July 16, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bid submissions will commence on July 09, 2026, 10:00 AM, and close on July 16, 2026, 06:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on July 17, 2026, 06:00 PM, at GE NAVY PORBANDAR. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,060 are required, both payable to GE NAVY PORBANDAR at PORBANDAR, with EMD exemption or submission via BG/ST being permissible. Bids will consist of two covers: a Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical cover requiring scanned copies of firm application, enlistment letter, EPFMP Act-1952 registration, GST registration, and other specified documents, and a Finance cover containing the Schedule A List of Items of work / BOQ. Submitted bids must maintain a validity period of 60 days.
