The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open, EPC Percentage tenders from eligible and experienced contractors for the comprehensive "Construction of Residential quarters for Reserve Bank of India at Vasna, Ahmedabad, Gujarat." This significant project, identified by NIT/RFP No. 16/NIT/CE/EE/AHMD/2026-27, encompasses the construction of 88 Nos. quarters for Class-III staff, 132 Nos. quarters for Class-IV staff, 1 No. Transit Holiday Home, 1 No. Community hall building, 2 Nos. Security cabins, 1 No. STP, and an UG Sump. The scope also includes internal water supply, sanitary and electrical installations, external civil and electrical service connections, internal roads, storm water drains, and horticulture work, all to be executed in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Mode - III. The estimated cost for this project is ₹ 2,07,04,71,546 (Two Hundred Seven Crore Four Lakh Seventy One Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Six Rupees), with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 2,17,04,715, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favour of EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, AHMEDABAD CENTRAL DIVISION, CPWD, AHMEDABAD. The tender was e-published on 15-Jul-2026 at 10:34 PM, with the document download and bid submission window also commencing at this time. Prospective bidders must submit their bids by the closing date of 07-Aug-2026 at 03:00 PM, after which bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.
