Ahmedabad RPO Complex: Electrical, Fire Safety, DG Set, and Elevator System Modernization & Maintenance

Work Description - Mo Int Ei & Fans Including Rmo Wet Riser System, Fire Alarm System, Dg Set In Rpo Office And Residential Building At Gulbai Tekra Ahmedabad. Sh: Comprehensive Maintenance Of 2 Nos. Kone Make 08 Passenger Lifts In Residential Building And 2 Nos. 08 Passenger Lift In Office Building.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the comprehensive work detailed under NIT/RFP No. 43/EE(E)/GNR-I/2026-27. This includes maintenance of internal electrical installations and fans, along with the renovation, modernization, and overhaul (RMO) of the wet riser system, fire alarm system, and DG set in the RPO office and residential building at Gulbai Tekra, Ahmedabad. A significant component of this project also covers the comprehensive maintenance of four 08-passenger Kone make lifts (two in the residential building and two in the office building). The estimated cost for this electrical work is ₹ 8,49,408 (Eight Lakh Forty Nine Thousand Four Hundred and Eight Rupees), with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 16,988, which can be paid via Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, or Bank Guarantee. The project has an allocated completion period of 12 months. Bidders are required to submit their proposals between July 25, 2026, 10:34 AM, and August 01, 2026, 03:00 PM, with the bids scheduled to open on August 01, 2026, at 03:30 PM.
