The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operations (ARMO) of internal electrical installations and equipment for the Customs Department office building in Jamnagar, for the year 2026-27. This comprehensive work encompasses the maintenance of electrical fans, pump sets, lifts, substation equipment, fire fighting sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, HVAC systems, CCTV, LAN, IBMS, and EPBAX systems. A sub-work package includes the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of a 250 kVA DG Set and a B Check for a Cummins-make DG Set. The estimated cost of the project is ₹2,19,063 (Two Lakh Nineteen Thousand and Sixty Three Rupees), and the completion period is 12 months. Bidders must submit a bid security (EMD) of ₹4,382, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, RCD, CPWD, Rajkot, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
