The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for electrical and composite works under NIT No. 11/AE(E)/EE(E)/Gandhinagar-I/2025-26. The work encompasses (A) Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical equipment at CPWD office buildings, Horticulture office, and Guest house at CPWD Colony Gandhinagar, and (B) Maintenance of electrical installations including fans, RMO pump sets, and streetlights at the CBI office building, Sector-10A, Gandhinagar. This also includes the comprehensive maintenance of RO Purifiers, water coolers and allied accessories. The estimated cost of the work is ₹3,47,806 with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹6,956. The time allowed for completion of the work is 12 months. Key dates include document download and bid submission closing on November 12, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and bid opening on the same day at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents for submission include Treasury challan/DD/Pay order/Bankers Cheque/FDR/Insurance Surety Bonds/Bank Guarantee against EMD, original EMD submission receipt, valid CPWD Enlistment Order OR Manufacturer certificate , work experience certificates, a valid electrical contractor license, GST Registration certificate and service center details. Bidders should also submit any other documents as specified in the NIT. Tenders must be submitted as a percentage bid.
