The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of upgradation and maintenance of GPRA quarters at Pandara Road, Pandara Park, Bharti Nagar, and other locations under SC-206, 09 & 211 N-Division, CPWD, New Delhi. This includes repair and renovation work of kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, rooms, cupboards, doors, and uPVC windows, including miscellaneous works in D-II/89, D-II/49, D-II/360 Pandara Road and C-8 MS Apartment. The estimated cost of the project is ₹87,63,189 and the completion period is 3 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,75,264 is required, payable online.
