The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operation (ARMO) of internal electrical installations, fans, pump sets, lifts, substation equipment, fire fighting & sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, HVAC systems, CCTV, LAN & EPBAX systems within the MSME-DI office building (B G 4) located at Sola-Thaltej, Ahmedabad for the year 2025-26. This electrical works contract, NIT/RFP NO 46/EE(E)/GNR-I/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹17,49,348 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹34,987, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of EE (E), GCED, CPWD, Gandhinagar.
