The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open percentage bids for the annual repair and maintenance of non-residential and residential buildings of CGST & CE Department stationed at Vapi for the year 2025-26. This project, detailed in NIT/RFP NO 76/EE(C)-I/Vadodara/2025-26(Recall), encompasses day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of water supply, sanitary installations, and sewage systems, including minor repair work and finishing, adhering to GPOA and GPRA norms. The estimated cost of the work is ₹17,51,069, and the project must be completed within 75 days. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹35,021 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, Vadodara Central Division, CPWD, Vadodara via DD, FDR, CDR, or BC. Mandatory documents for submission include the Earnest Money Deposit, Enlistment Order of the Contractor in the appropriate class, GST registration Certificate (or Undertaking for obtaining GST registration), copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD and copy of ERP training Certificate.
