Work Description - (1) A/r, M/o And S/r To Cbi Residential Colony Building At Sector-12, Gandhinagar During 2025-26 (2) A/r, M/o And S/r To Cbi Office Building Gandhinagar During 2025-26

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of (1) A/R, M/O and S/R to CBI Residential colony building at Sector-12, Gandhinagar during 2025-26 and (2) A/R, M/O and S/R to CBI office building Gandhinagar during 2025-26, as per NIT/RFP NO NIT/15/EE/GNR-I/2025-26. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 15,16,785, with a time allowance of 12 months for completion. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 30,336 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Gandhinagar Central Division, CPWD, Gandhinagar. Key dates include document download and bid submission closing on July 4th, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and bid opening on the same day at 03:30 PM. Prospective bidders must possess a valid Enlistment Order of the Contractor of appropriate category/class in CPWD, GST registration Certificate or Undertaking as per NIT FORM G, acknowledgement of up-to-date filed returns (or an undertaking if returns haven't been filed), and an E.R.P Training Certificate. A scanned copy of the EMD instrument and the receipt of deposition of the original EMD are also mandatory documents.
