The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of "A/R & M/O GPRA 400 E Type IV quarters at Pandara Road, New Delhi dg. 2025-26 SH- Replacement of old damaged doors with WPC doors in the toilets and bathrooms of Type-IV quarters." NIT/RFP NO is 87/EE/NDN/2025-26 (2ND CALL). The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 28,18,767 with a time allowance of 3 months. The earnest money deposit (EMD) is ₹ 56,375, payable online in favor of EE, N-DIVN, CPWD, NEW DELHI. Key dates include a document download and bid submission end date of August 1st, 2025, at 03:00 PM and a bid opening date of August 1st, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents for submission include a copy of Enlistment Order of CPWD Contractor in appropriate class of B and R category, GST Registration Certificate, scanned copy of original bank guarantee including e-Bank Guarantee of any commercial bank against EMD, Form F Undertaking on structural stability and soundness of already completed buildings and infrastructure Projects. (Page.-99), and Certificate of ERP Training through any of the CPWD Regional Training Institutes (RTIs) or through the National CPWD Academy (NCA), Ghaziabad or through any other special training arranged by ERP unit at CPWD Headquarter and PAN.
