The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open EPC percentage bids for the construction of the NSG Regional Hub at Lekhawada, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, Package-III. This comprehensive project includes the construction of a main gate complex, MT Garage complex, sarv dharma sthal, indoor sports complex, PT Ground shed, multiple sports courts (Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball), BOAC units, a UAC pit, artificial rock craft wall building, training shed with stores, aquatic training centre, kill hut, composite indoor shooting range, baffle range, helipad, dog kennel, underground explosive magazine, and watch towers, along with associated internal water supply, sanitary installations, and electrical work. The estimated cost of the project is ₹80,22,26,638, and the completion timeframe is 15 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,22,267 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer Gandhinagar Central Division. The deadline for bid submission is March 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for March 6, 2026, at 3:30 PM. Interested bidders must download the tender document from February 13, 2026, until March 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Bidders must submit mandatory documents, including copies of enlistment order, GST registration certificate (or undertaking), financial turnover certificate, banker's certificate or net worth certificate, work experience details (Form C and C1), bidding capacity form, organizational structure details, undertakings on structural stability and non-blacklisting, and details of firm proprietor or power of attorney. Successful completion of ERP training or submission of an undertaking is also required.
